SKYFLARE informs the User that when using its Website, the processing of the User’s personal data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons, the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, as well as any other regulation in force on the protection of personal data.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you that all data provided by you by any means (Web Site, e-mail, paper forms, and/or any other document) will be incorporated into a file owned by SKYFLARE.
Our Web Site will process the information provided by the user for the following purposes:
– Communications from the user through the contact form: to manage requests, comments, suggestions or requests about our services.
– Commercial Communications: to inform about activities, articles of interest and general information about our services via email, as well as to maintain the contractual relationship, management, administration, information, and service improvement.
– Data from the Curriculum Vitae (CV) provided by the candidate, sent by e-mail, the form requested in the Web site in the section “Work with us” or any other form, in order to participate in the process of selection, recruitment or entry of jobs in SKYFLARE. Therefore, the User expressly authorizes SKYFLARE to proceed to the processing of their data for the purpose of selection, recruitment or entry into the company. And SKYFLARE will treat your data and information provided with the strictest confidentiality, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration and / or unauthorized access.
The fields of these records are mandatory, being impossible to perform the purposes expressed if these data are not provided.
COMMENTS
When the User leaves comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist in spam detection.
An anonymous string created from the User’s email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if it is being used. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of the User’s comment, the User’s profile image is visible to the public in the context of his comment.
COOKIES
The User who has left a comment on our site may choose to save his/her name, email address and web address in cookies. A cookie is a packet of data that a web browser automatically stores on a User’s computer when they visit a web page, this is for convenience, so that the User does not have to fill in their details again when they leave another comment.
The User who has an account and connects to this Website, a temporary cookie is installed to determine whether the browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal data and is deleted when the browser is closed.
When the User logs in, several cookies are automatically set to save the User’s login information and screen display options. The login cookies last for two (2) days, and the display options cookies last for one (1) year. The content of other websites is of an informative nature, so SKYFLARE does not control, nor is responsible for the content of these websites, so it is advisable that the User consults the data processing, and therefore the privacy policy of the other website.
SENDING AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Sending personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about SKYFLARE’s products and services. Failure to provide the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy means the impossibility to subscribe, register or receive information about SKYFLARE’s products and services. We inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of sending personal data will be incorporated into a file owned by SKYFLARE, created for the purpose of managing the relationship with customers, potential customers, candidates, as well as the development of activities and provision of information about SKYFLARE services.

SKYFLARE is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, so it does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information. SKYFLARE is exonerated from liability for any loss or damage that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by SKYFLARE provided that it comes from sources outside SKYFLARE.
TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
SKYFLARE S.L. will not transfer user data to third parties, except as provided by law. However, in the case of being transferred to any company there would be an information prior to the collection requesting the express consent of the affected.
WHERE WE SEND YOUR DATA
Personal data is generally stored within the EU, in the case of comments, requests or requests may be checked by an automatic spam detection service.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
If the User leaves a comment, suggestion or request about our services, this request and its metadata are retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose collected. This is so that we can recognize and approve successive comments automatically instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.

If the User has an account, has left comments on this Web Site or has sent personal data by email, he/she may request the deletion of any personal data that SKYFLARE has about him/her. This does not include any data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.

To exercise such rights, it is necessary that the User proves his personality to SKYFLARE by sending a copy of his National Identity Card or any other valid legal means.
COMPUTER SECURITY MEASURES
SKYFLARE has adopted the legally required security levels for the protection of Personal Data as stated in the Royal Decree 1720/2007 on Security Measures and other systems, as well as other regulations in force, aimed at avoiding the misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the Personal Data provided, therefore SKYFLARE will not be liable for possible damages or losses that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operative functioning of this electronic system, caused by reasons beyond SKYFLARE’s control, delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloading of telephone lines or overloads in the C. P.D. (Data Processing Center), in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, as well as damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate intromissions beyond the control of SKYFLARE.
LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These terms of use are governed by Spanish law.
Likewise, SKYFLARE and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Alicante (Spain).
ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

Consequently, SKYFLARE cannot assume any responsibility for any aspect related to any platform or web page to which a link may be established from the Web Site, specifically, but not limited to, its operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of its products and services, its own links and/or any of its contents, in general.

SKYFLARE reserves the right to remove any content, contributions or comments that are contrary to law, morality and public order, being by way of example, but not limited to, those that violate the dignity of the person, discriminatory, racist, xenophobic, that are contrary to youth or childhood, pornographic or that threaten public safety. In any case, SKYFLARE will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by the User through forums, chats or other participation tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTIES

After such termination, the prohibitions of use of the contents set out above in this Legal Notice shall remain in force.
In the event that any provision of this Legal Notice is declared invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any Court, Tribunal or competent administrative body, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions thereof.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
The laws in force shall determine the laws that shall govern and the jurisdiction that shall have jurisdiction over the relationship between SKYFLARE and the User of the Web Site. However, whenever such regulations provide the possibility for the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, for any litigious matter arising from or related to the Web Site, the Spanish legislation in force at the time of the facts will be applicable.
